📌 Job Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise large-scale surveys across Punjab under AKC and AKF initiatives.
- Lead survey teams and ensure output, quality, and reporting.
- Coordinate between enumerators, supervisors, and HQ coordination team.
- Conduct quality control, field visits, data checks, and troubleshoot issues.
- Validate field data and escalate discrepancies to M&E QC teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
- Serve as field liaison with district officials and partners.
- Willing to travel frequently under tight deadlines.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 16 years (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in GIS, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in survey coordination or supervisory field roles
