Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual communications including print & digital assets, infographics, banners, and social media graphics.
- Maintain PERA’s visual identity across all outreach, awareness campaigns, and reporting materials.
- Collaborate with training, enforcement, and communications teams to translate complex information into accessible designs.
- Ensure designs comply with public sector branding guidelines and accessibility standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s (Hons) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working in graphic design, preferably with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- First Division (60%+) preferred, age between 24–70 years, open to all genders.
Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong typography, colour theory, and layout design abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
