📝 Job Description
The Senior Manager Academics Training will lead the design, execution, and supervision of training programs for enforcement station officers. This role ensures officers are well-prepared to meet operational and strategic needs.
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual/monthly training schedules aligned with PERA’s objectives.
- Update training modules, lesson plans, and courseware per modern warfare trends.
- Deliver lectures on military subjects (tactics, map reading, communications, etc.).
- Oversee live-fire exercises, simulations, and battle inoculation training.
- Supervise training academies, schools, and centers ensuring high standards.
- Conduct tests, drills, and after-action reviews to assess performance.
- Maintain training records, reports, and performance databases.
- Recommend remedial training for underperforming personnel.
- Ensure availability of training aids, ammunition, simulators, and field equipment.
- Coordinate with allied partners for joint training and exchange programs.
- Ensure compliance with international laws of armed conflict and human rights.
🎓 Education & Experience
Degree Level: MS/MPhil (18 Years) or Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 Years)
Experience: 8 Years in Armed Forces, Police, or Law Enforcement Agencies.
💰 Salary & Benefits

- ملٹری مضامین (ٹیکٹکس، نقشہ خوانی، کمیونیکیشن وغیرہ) پر لیکچر دینا۔
- لائیو فائر ایکسرسائزز، سمیولیشنز اور بیٹل انوکیولیشن ٹریننگ کی نگرانی کرنا۔
- ٹریننگ اکیڈمیز، اسکولز اور مراکز کی نگرانی اور اعلیٰ معیار کو یقینی بنانا۔
- ٹیسٹ، ڈرلز اور After-Action Reviews کے ذریعے کارکردگی کا جائزہ لینا۔
