🎯 Role & Responsibilities

Develop and monitor credit control system in collaboration with sales
Coordinate with SPO and customers to recover outstanding amounts
Manage accounts receivable team with guidance and support
Reconcile outstanding ledgers with customers
Meet customers for dispute resolution
Support Head of Credit Control for weekly AR review
Monitor and evaluate bad debts and aging reports
Assist in forecasting cash flow and collection expectations
Guide team in maintaining records for annual audits
Ensure compliance with tax and internal policies
