Job Description
Qualification: Sixteen (16) years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from an HEC recognized university (local or foreign).
Experience: 10 years of IT management experience with 5 years in senior leadership roles, preferably managing large-scale IT operations.
Skills: Expertise in big data technologies, cluster computing, IT governance, and infrastructure planning. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with program objectives.
- Lead planning across software, data, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
- Oversee system architecture, scalability, and operational performance.
- Ensure InfoSec compliance and lead risk assessment for data protection.
- Manage vendor relations, budget control, and IT/MIS resource allocation.
- Monitor performance KPIs including uptime, defect rate, and deployment success.
