📝 Job Description
The Assistant Manager Admin & Logistics will be responsible for managing logistics, facility readiness, and resources for PERA training programs. Duties include coordinating accommodation, transport, supplies, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with administrative protocols.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain personnel and training records.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Coordinate registration, attendance, and onboarding of trainees.
- Arrange logistics for training sessions (venue, transport, AV aids, security).
- Manage inventory of uniforms, stationery, and field equipment.
- Oversee classrooms, barracks, mess halls, and training facilities.
- Track and maintain vehicles, ICT tools, and other assets.
- Initiate procurement requests for logistics and supplies.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation of procurement and materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics & maintenance.
- Support emergency response and safety protocols during training.
- Manage POL (Petrol, Oil, Lubricants) for official vehicles.
🎓 Qualification & Experience
- BS/BSc/Master’s in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Public Administration, or related field (16 years education).
- At least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience (including 1 year in the public sector).
- Strong communication, crisis management, and operational skills.
