👨‍💼 Preferred Candidates

• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Vulnerability Management, Offensive Security, Red Teaming, and Penetration Testing within large-scale organizations.
• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Cyber Security from an HEC recognized university. Higher qualifications preferred.
• Certifications: Must hold OSCP, LPT, CPET, or CEH (preference for OSCP or LPT).

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing across networks, operating systems, web apps, APIs, mobile apps, infrastructure, cloud, and devices.
• Build in-house penetration testing and red teaming capability by mentoring security experts.
• Manage secure software development/testing aligned with OWASP, ISO, NIST, CIS standards.
• Conduct simulated cyber-attacks including phishing, social engineering, and APTs.
• Collaborate with IT to validate detection and enhance incident response procedures.
• Perform red team engagements simulating realistic attack scenarios.
• Develop automated tools and techniques for adversary emulation and vulnerability discovery.
• Create exploits and proof-of-concepts to test defenses and replicate threat actor TTPs.
• Coordinate third-party penetration tests and red team engagements.
• Ensure database security including access control, encryption, monitoring, and recovery.
