The Monitoring Assistants will be responsible for ensuring field-level monitoring, operational supervision, and compliance with SOPs . Responsibilities include vehicle deployment, monitoring of door-to-door waste collection, ensuring manual and mechanical sweeping, complaint resolution, stakeholder coordination, and daily reporting of operational activities. Candidates must be proactive, computer literate, and able to handle field responsibilities effectively.

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify all operational activities as per SOPs and KPIs.
• Deploy vehicles and ensure door-to-door collection efficiency.
• Oversee sweeping operations in commercial and residential areas.
• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical sweepers and disposal at notified points.
• Prepare daily movement and monitoring reports.
• Handle complaint portals including 1139 Helpline, web portal, DCO office, and special branch complaints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for enforcement actions against illegal dumping and burning of waste.
• Support sanitation campaigns, anti-smog, dengue, and corona safety measures.
• Assist Assistant Manager in administrative and operational decisions.
