📘 Job Description
The Assistant Director (Governance Risk & Compliance) will establish and oversee PLRA’s GRC framework, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with security standards and regulations. Candidates must demonstrate advanced knowledge of governance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework.
- Identify and analyze organizational risks, maintain risk registers, and create treatment plans.
- Develop incident response plans for governance and compliance issues.
- Create policies, procedures, and controls to ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
- Assist in IS audits: planning, execution, reporting, and monitoring remediation.
- Foster security awareness among employees and third-party vendors.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and IT/security trends.
- Coordinate with legal teams on compliance obligations.
- Design and deliver security awareness training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through simulations and recommend improvements.
