📋 Job Description
The candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance with at least 3 years of professional experience. He/she should have sound knowledge of International Accounting Standards of Budget & Accounts and maintain a clear service record.
🧮 Job Responsibilities
- Support Deputy Manager Administration/Finance in managing logistics and financial operations.
- Assist in withdrawal applications, disbursements, payments, release of funds, and financial reporting.
- Process consultants’ invoices as per contractual obligations and rules.
- Assist in preparing and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Support accounting, bookkeeping, cash handling, and pre-audit operations.
- Prepare PMU salaries, allowances, and related documentation.
- Maintain all files, records, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies.
- Classify and summarize financial data for ledgers and computer records.
