Preferred Candidates

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience in Armed Forces, Police, or any Law Enforcement Agency.
Qualification: MS/MPhil (18 years) or Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in any discipline from HEC recognized institution.
Division: First Division (60% and above)
Gender: Both Male & Female
Age Limit: 24 – 70 years

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement training policies, doctrines, and strategies.
Supervise and coordinate all training academies, schools, and centers.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Allocate and manage training resources (financial, human, material).
Oversee procurement and maintenance of training equipment and infrastructure.
Design and approve training curricula for various stages.
Collaborate with directorates to align training with operational needs.
Facilitate joint training exercises and exchange programs with allied partners.
Incorporate best practices from civilian educational institutions.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct after-action reviews and implement corrective measures.
Foster continuous learning and innovation in training methodologies.
Ensure training includes crisis management and contingency modules.
Report training status to Director Administration with transparency.
