🧭 Job Description
The Conservationist will implement conservation and restoration works in accordance with WCLA’s heritage conservation principles at Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh . Responsibilities include ensuring conservation authenticity, supervision of restoration work, and documentation of all conservation processes.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments of heritage structures.
- Prepare and review conservation drawings and work methodologies.
- Supervise masonry, plaster, lime, timber, and decorative restoration work.
- Ensure authenticity using traditional materials and techniques.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, artisans, and contractors.
- Document conservation processes with before-and-after photographic records.
- Maintain daily logs and ensure compliance with WCLA and international conservation standards.
🎓 Degree Requirements
- Degree Level: Masters / Bachelors (16 years)
