📝 Job Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring frameworks for education programs, especially PSSP schools.
- Analyze school performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Conduct field visits to assess on-ground impact of initiatives.
- Prepare detailed monitoring and evaluation reports.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Authority.
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Expertise in monitoring frameworks.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
- Experience in planning, monitoring, administration, and coordination.
- Knowledge of government, NGOs, and donors will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
