The General Manager (Health) will oversee development, structuring and monitoring of health-sector PPP projects and programs. The role requires strong skills in project finance, stakeholder coordination, financial reporting and regulatory/compliance understanding related to health infrastructure and services.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation, structuring and implementation of health-sector PPP projects.
- Prepare and review financial models, feasibility studies and value-for-money analyses for health investments.
- Coordinate with health departments, private developers, donors and regulators to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance, budgets and financial risks; recommend mitigation measures.
- Draft project agreements, oversee compliance and ensure public finance rules are followed.
- Prepare periodic reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
