🧾 Job Description
The General Manager (Superstructure) will lead the planning, financial structuring and monitoring of superstructure components within infrastructure PPP projects (e.g., buildings, bridges, major works). The role combines project finance, contract oversight and coordination with technical teams to ensure timely, cost-effective and compliant delivery of superstructure works.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial and contractual management of superstructure works under PPP projects.
- Review and validate cost estimates, budgets and financial models for superstructure components.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to align financial controls with technical delivery.
- Monitor project performance, cost-to-complete and change orders; recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement rules, contract terms and public finance regulations.
- Prepare regular progress and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
