📌 Job Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and KPIs.
- Conduct daily field visits for site inspections and reporting.
- Assist Assistant Manager Operations with operational support.
- Verify deployment of contractor resources and service delivery.
- Submit accurate daily reports, incident reports, and performance summaries.
- Ensure on-ground monitoring at TCPs, weigh bridges, and dumpsites.
- Oversee redressal of complaints and feedback collection.
- Support sanitation, waste collection, and anti-dengue operations.
- Manage android-based attendance system and ensure team target achievements.
- Liaise with local communities and report operational needs to higher management.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduation (14 or 16 years of education) from HEC-recognized university.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role in public/private sector.
- Must own a motorcycle with valid license.
- Proficiency in mobile & IT usage is required.
- Preference given to residents of Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, and Toba Tek Singh.
