🎓 Qualification / Education

B.Tech Civil Engineering or B.S Tech Civil Engineering

🧠 Experience

Minimum 05 years (for B.Tech / BS Tech / 16 Years of Education)
Minimum 04 years (for MS Tech Civil Engineering / 18 Years of Education)

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for remodeling and beautification works.
Conduct rate analysis as per MRS and market rates.
Verify consultant and contractor interim payment certificates and invoices.
Assist in procurement with cost documentation and bid evaluation.
Maintain records of quantities, material take-offs, and cost variations.
Perform cost control and financial monitoring of project activities.
Provide technical input for value engineering and cost optimization.
Assist in contract document preparation and tender processes.
Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
Prepare periodic cost reports and progress summaries.
Coordinate frequently with Engineers, Architects, and Designers for quantity adjustments.
Report to Specialist Infrastructure / Sector Head Infrastructure.
