📝 Job Description
The Senior Manager Trainings & Admin is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of training for enforcement station officers. This role ensures officers are well-trained, prepared, and equipped to achieve operational and strategic goals.
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Ensure training programs align with PERA policies and operational needs.
- Supervise and coordinate all training academies, schools, and centers.
- Maintain excellence in delivering training programs.
- Organize & supervise PT, weapon drills, tactical exercises, and field maneuvers.
- Conduct inspections and audits of training establishments.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of training equipment and infrastructure.
- Design and approve training curricula for all levels.
- Tailor programs for different branches and specialties within PERA.
- Collaborate with partners for joint training and exchange programs.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
- Incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and implement corrective measures.
- Promote innovation in training methods.
- Stay updated with global training trends and best practices.
- Integrate crisis management, disaster response, and unconventional warfare training.
🎓 Qualification & Experience
- Masters or Bachelors (Hons) from an HEC recognized institution.
- 8 years’ post-qualification experience in Armed Forces, Police, or Law Enforcement Agency.
