Education (Any of the following):
- 16 years (BS/BE) in CS / IT / SE / CE or relevant
- 18 years (MS/MPhil) in relevant field
- PhD from foreign institute (fresh candidates eligible)
Experience:
- BS/MS: 6–7 years of relevant experience
- PhD: Fresh candidates may apply
Age Limit: 18 – 50 years
Gender: Both Male & Female

📋 Job Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
On-site leadership and team motivation.
Design and manage software projects using SDLC best practices.
Manage schedules, risks, issues, and resources.
Oversee all project activities and chair management meetings.
Ensure software releases meet customer expectations.
Direct and review designs, coding, and testing processes.
Liaise between users, operations, and technical teams.
Ensure project quality control and client satisfaction.
Support existing projects and manage modifications.
