🌐 Job Description

The Urban Unit is seeking a Specialist Infrastructure to lead and manage infrastructure and renovation projects, including lab developments and civil engineering initiatives. Candidates must be PEC registered and well-versed in project planning, quality control, and site supervision.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

BSc Civil Engineering + 7 Years’ Experience
MSc Civil Engineering + 6 Years’ Experience
PhD (Foreign) in Civil Engineering – Fresh Candidates May Apply
Registration: PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) is mandatory

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, tendering, implementation, and monitoring of infrastructure & renovation projects
Develop cost estimates, technical documents, rate analysis, and procurement evaluations
Plan civil, electrical, mechanical, and environmental engineering components
Use Primavera/MS Project for scheduling, planning, and site reporting
Track contractor progress, verify invoices, and ensure timely site execution
Conduct site visits, ensure HSE compliance, and provide training to teams
Report directly to the CEO of The Urban Unit
