📝 Job Description
Master’s or higher degree in Sociology, Development Studies, Anthropology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in social baseline assessments and/or social development within public, private, or donor-funded projects.
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Implement the Environment and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP).
- Monitor compliance with Social Management Plans prepared under Social Safeguard Standards.
- Incorporate social development dimensions in the Program’s preparation and implementation.
- Assist in site selection, beneficiary screening, and feedback surveys, ensuring E&S screening is part of the process.
- Prepare and implement E&S Screening Checklists and prevent involuntary resettlement.
- Oversee Environmental and Social Compliance Framework (ESCF) implementation.
- Strengthen institutional capacities in stakeholder engagement and social development.
- Prepare quarterly progress reports on E&S aspects.
- Evaluate existing GRM systems and recommend improvements.
- Execute tasks related to all social safeguard components.
