CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025 is a revolutionary step by the Government of Punjab to empower bright yet financially underprivileged students. This initiative, under the Punjab Higher Education Commission (HEC), aims to support undergraduate students across 50+ public universities, 16 medical colleges, and 131 graduate colleges in Punjab.

This program is part of a broader strategy by the Punjab Government to uplift the youth, alongside other major schemes such as the CM Punjab Laptop Program 2025, Global IT Certifications Initiative, and the CM Internship Program.

With an annual target of 30,000 fully-funded scholarships, and a generous allocation of PKR 7 billion, this program is set to uplift the youth of Punjab and ensure inclusive access to higher education.

- Public Universities/Colleges (1st or 2nd semester – Session 2024-25)
- Public Medical & Dental Colleges (Enrolled in 2024)
📊 Selection is merit-based with Matric (30%) + Intermediate (70%) weightage
📈 Minimum Marks Requirement:
- Science disciplines: ≥ 70%
- Arts/Social Sciences: ≥ 65%
- Medical/Dental: ≥ 80%
