As a sister program of the renowned Clinic on Wheels campaign, this project is dedicated to providing accessible, free, and essential healthcare services to the underserved rural population of the province.

The Field Hospitals initiative is designed to enhance medical service delivery in remote areas of Punjab. With millions of citizens living in rural settings and facing challenges in accessing healthcare, this project bridges the gap by bringing medical services directly to their doorsteps.

- Total Field Hospitals: 32
- 21 Mobile Healthcare Units (for primary care and treatment)
- 11 Mobile Diagnostic Units (for testing and screening)
These units are fully equipped with essential medical instruments, diagnostic tools, and qualified health professionals to serve patients in hard-to-reach areas.

To ensure efficiency and high-quality care, the Field Hospitals Project operates on a Pay-for-Performance (P4P) model. This means:
- Healthcare providers are incentivized based on the quality and results of the services they deliver.

وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب کی ہدایت پر شروع کیا گیا ایک اور اہم اقدام، فیلڈ ہسپتال منصوبہ، دیہی علاقوں میں بسنے والے افراد کو بنیادی طبی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کے لیے تشکیل دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ منصوبہ کلینک آن وہیلز پروگرام کا توسیعی حصہ ہے، جو پہلے ہی شہری اور نیم شہری علاقوں میں کامیابی سے خدمات فراہم کر رہا ہے۔
📌 منصوبے کا تعارف
فیلڈ ہسپتالز کا مقصد دیہی پنجاب میں صحت کی سہولیات تک رسائی کو بہتر بنانا ہے۔ یہ ہسپتال موبائل یونٹس کی صورت میں تیار کیے گئے ہیں تاکہ وہ ان علاقوں میں پہنچ سکیں جہاں مستقل ہسپتال موجود نہیں۔

- کل فیلڈ ہسپتالز: 32
- 21 موبائل ہیلتھ کیئر یونٹس (بنیادی علاج کے لیے)
- 11 موبائل ڈائیگناسٹک یونٹس (تشخیصی خدمات کے لیے)
یہ تمام یونٹس جدید طبی آلات سے لیس ہیں اور تربیت یافتہ طبی عملہ ان پر مامور ہوگا۔
💡 پے فار پرفارمنس ماڈل
اس منصوبے میں پے فار پرفارمنس ماڈل متعارف کروایا گیا ہے، جس کے تحت:
- طبی عملے کو ان کی کارکردگی اور مریضوں کی بہتر صحت کے نتائج کی بنیاد پر ادائیگی کی جائے گی
- اس ماڈل سے مؤثر علاج، کم لاگت اور اعلیٰ معیار کی خدمات کو فروغ ملے گا
🎯 منصوبے کے مقاصد
- دیہی علاقوں میں صحت کی سہولیات کا دائرہ وسیع کرنا
- شہری ہسپتالوں پر بوجھ کم کرنا
- بروقت تشخیص اور بچاؤ کی سہولیات فراہم کرنا
- ماں اور بچے کی صحت کو فروغ دینا
- کارکردگی پر مبنی طبی خدمات کو فروغ دینا
🗺️ ہدف شدہ علاقے
یہ فیلڈ ہسپتالز پنجاب کے دور دراز دیہی علاقوں میں کام کریں گے، جہاں طبی سہولیات محدود یا ناپید ہیں۔
ہر موبائل یونٹ ایک منظم ہفتہ وار شیڈول کے مطابق مخصوص علاقوں کا دورہ کرے گا۔
