In a historic move, the Government of Punjab, under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has launched Punjab’s first-ever Air Ambulance Service – a groundbreaking step towards revolutionizing emergency medical services in the province.

This state-of-the-art initiative ensures rapid and life-saving transport of critically ill patients from remote areas to specialized hospitals in major cities. The service not only enhances emergency healthcare access but also plays a key role in disaster management operations across Punjab.

Emergency Evacuation from remote and underserved regions of South and North Punjab
Fast Transfer of Critical Patients to advanced medical facilities
Aerial Surveillance for floods, forest fires, and other natural disasters
Rapid Deployment of Rescue Teams during emergencies and humanitarian crises

Two air ambulances will be strategically stationed:

Rawalpindi/Mianwali (North Punjab)
Multan/Bahawalnagar (South Punjab)

حکومت پنجاب نے وزیر اعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف کی قیادت میں ایک تاریخی قدم اٹھاتے ہوئے پنجاب کی پہلی ایئر ایمبولینس سروس کا آغاز کر دیا ہے۔ اس انقلابی سروس کا مقصد دور دراز علاقوں سے تشویشناک مریضوں کو فوری طور پر خصوصی اسپتالوں تک منتقل کرنا ہے۔

یہ سروس نہ صرف صحت کی سہولیات تک فوری رسائی کو یقینی بناتی ہے بلکہ قدرتی آفات کے دوران ریسکیو آپریشنز اور فضائی نگرانی میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کرے گی۔
