📘 Job Description
The Assistant Director (Security Architect & Administrator) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security architecture and infrastructure for PLRA. The role requires strong hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies, cloud solutions, and proactive defense mechanisms.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the security architecture roadmap for PLRA infrastructure.
- Ensure availability and performance of IT infrastructure via automation & monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure & security with business needs.
- Implement incident response plans and prepare post-incident reports.
- Perform system hardening, patch management, and establish security baselines.
- Manage PKI, encryption standards, and advanced cryptographic upgrades.
- Deploy & manage SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDPS, PAM, DLP, WAF & related security tools.
- Design scalable and robust security solutions aligned with best practices.
- Stay updated on threat intelligence and adapt defenses against new threats.
- Perform application onboarding and web traffic security rule configuration.
- Exhibit strong project management, team leadership, and analytical skills.
