📘 Job Description

The Assistant Director (Penetration Testing & Red Teaming) will lead offensive security operations for PLRA. The role requires deep technical knowledge of penetration testing, adversary simulations, and developing attack strategies to improve the Authority’s cyber resilience.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

Conduct penetration tests on networks, operating systems, applications, APIs, mobile, cloud, and IoT devices.
Identify weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors in IT systems.
Perform red teaming exercises including phishing, APT simulations, and social engineering.
Develop adversary emulation tools and automate vulnerability discovery.
Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) to bypass security controls.
Collaborate with IT/SOC teams to improve detection and incident response.
Demonstrate scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Validate post-remediation efforts and recommend improvements.
Prepare detailed attack/exploit reports and mitigation strategies.
