📝 Job Description
The Enforcement Officer (BS-14) will perform all enforcement and regulatory field operations under the Act and scheduled laws, including inspections, punitive actions, and coordination with other agencies.
⚡ Job Responsibilities
- Execute orders of SDEOs for enforcing scheduled laws.
- Devise strategies and coordinate with agencies to prevent offences.
- Conduct inspections, searches, and seizure of goods/property.
- Report inspections daily to the SDEO.
- Ensure patrolling and compliance monitoring.
- Issue notices, summons, and file FIRs as prescribed.
- Remove encroachments and recover enforcement costs.
- Perform duties wearing an audio/video camera.
