The Punjab Dhee Rani Program is a compassionate welfare scheme. It helps low-income families arrange their daughters’ weddings with dignity. The program organizes collective marriage events across Punjab. It specifically supports orphaned, disabled, and financially struggling girls.

Inspired by CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif, this initiative promotes social inclusion. Similarly, programs like the CM Punjab Minority Card offer financial aid to non-Muslim families. Meanwhile, the CM Himmat Card helps disabled individuals with quarterly stipends.

🎁 Key Benefits of the Dhee Rani Program

Wedding Gift: Each bride receives items worth PKR 206,000. These include a Holy Quran, prayer mat, bed set, mirror, dinner set, and more.
Cash Salami: A separate amount of PKR 100,000 is sent to the bride’s ATM card.
Collective Weddings: Around 3,000 girls across Punjab will benefit from this initiative.

Additionally, the program uses data from the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER). This ensures transparency and fair selection.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Girls aged 18–40 who are orphaned, disabled, or from extremely poor families
The applicant can be the girl, her parents, or legal guardian
A valid Punjab domicile is required
If applications exceed the quota, electronic balloting will determine final selection
An affidavit must confirm that the girl is unmarried and agrees to join the collective wedding

پنجاب دھی رانی پروگرام ایک فلاحی اقدام ہے۔ اس کا مقصد نادار والدین کو بیٹیوں کی شادی کے اخراجات میں مدد فراہم کرنا ہے تاکہ وہ یہ ذمہ داری باعزت طریقے سے ادا کر سکیں۔

یہ پروگرام وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف کے ویژن سے متاثر ہو کر شروع کیا گیا۔ یہ سماجی شمولیت کو فروغ دیتا ہے۔ اسی طرح، مائنارٹی کارڈ پروگرام اقلیتی برادری کو مالی امداد فراہم کرتا ہے اور ہمت کارڈ پروگرام خصوصی افراد کو سہ ماہی وظیفہ دیتا ہے۔

🎁 پروگرام کی سہولیات

جہیز پیکیج: دو لاکھ چھ ہزار روپے مالیت کا سامان، جس میں قرآن پاک، جائے نماز، بیڈ، آئینہ، ڈنر سیٹ وغیرہ شامل ہیں۔
نقد سلامی: ایک لاکھ روپے دلہن کے اے ٹی ایم کارڈ میں منتقل کیے جائیں گے۔
اجتماعی شادیاں: پنجاب بھر میں 3,000 مستحق لڑکیوں کی شادیاں کرائی جائیں گی۔

اس پروگرام کے تحت مستحقین کی تصدیق سوشیو اکنامک رجسٹری کے ذریعے کی جاتی ہے تاکہ شفافیت کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

✅ اہلیت کا معیار

18 سے 40 سال کی عمر کی یتیم، نادار یا معذور لڑکیاں یا معذور والدین کی بیٹیاں
درخواست دہندہ لڑکی، اس کے والدین یا سرپرست ہو سکتے ہیں
پنجاب کا ڈومیسائل ہونا لازمی ہے
درخواستیں زیادہ ہونے پر الیکٹرانک قرعہ اندازی کی جائے گی
حلف نامہ لازمی ہے کہ لڑکی غیر شادی شدہ ہے اور اجتماعی شادی میں شرکت پر رضامند ہے
